Important SB 30 Changes

SB 30 has gone through Appropriations and is being sent back to the House floor. News from the legislature is that the bill has been amended in a way that allows Addictive and Mental Disorders Division (AMDD) to set the rate. Under several grants, AMDD is reimbursing peer support at $53.92 and we anticipate the new Medicaid rate will be similar. The bill also includes some funding for the next fiscal year that would allow reimbursement from organizations not funded under an AMDD grant.
